Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Whitney is a giant lover. Watch out for the flying drool! This painting is an early birthday gift created for a gal who has a creative husband! I really enjoyed painting this piece because I had a Great Dane for 10 years. Yes, they are gentle giants but want to hog your lap, couch or chair.
It has taken over 60 years for me to intellectually understand that to be an artist is not a "job" but a way of living. Similar to breathing, it involuntarily keeps my soul alive. My body of work primarily consists of animals because our natural affinity towards them can elevate the most profound feelings inside us. Animals can launch the heart in many directions. Recently I have re-discovered the joy of abstracts. They offer me the opportunity to be 100% experimental and inspirational. Abstracts can lead the viewer into a realm of discovery and interpretation as the painting speaks to them.
